Allegiant Airlines and the Kansas City Aviation Department are celebrating the airlines for 10 years at Kansas City International Airport. The airline's first flight out of MCI was November 12, 2015.
To mark the occasion, Allegiant will have decorations around its gate area on Thursday, November 13th as well as give away items to passengers. Aviation Department staff will make some brief comments and the arriving Allegiant flight, G4 993 from St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE), will receive a water arch welcome.
When: Thursday, November 13th at 9:00 am
Where: Kansas City International Airport, 1 Kansas City Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64153. Meet at Dunkin Donuts on the Departures level.
Agenda: KCAD staff will give brief remarks, and media will be allowed to shoot B-roll of gate celebrations and water arch
Parking: Please park in the terminal garage. On departure, please show your media credentials at a manned exit gate, and staff will let you through
