Logistics Property Company Appoints Kelan Padgett as Vice President, South Region

Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo) announces the appointment of Kelan Padgett as Vice President of the company's South Region. Based in Dallas, Texas, he is responsible for development and leasing in the region and will support the management of LogiPropCo's Texas portfolio of more than 6.4 million square feet of Class A logistics facilities.

"He has extensive experience sourcing and closing industrial transactions in the region and is well positioned to help lead our South Region team as we continue to look for opportunities to grow our portfolio."

Padgett has significant experience in the industry, having executed on more than 3 million square feet and nearly $900M of industrial developments and acquisitions. Most recently, he served as a Senior Associate for a logistics real estate investment manager, where he was active in the full life cycle of industrial investments in Dallas, Houston, and Austin.

Padgett holds a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
