On 16 December 2025, H.E. Mr. Sira Swangsilpa, Ambassador of Thailand to Qatar, in his capacity as Head of the Thai Delegation, delivered Thailand's statement during the General Discussion segment of the 11th Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC CoSP). The Ambassador reaffirmed Thailand's steadfast commitment to the Convention, highlighting a proactive strategy that includes strengthening legal frameworks, enforcement and prevention measures while also underscoring the use of digital technology to enhance case interoperability and closer inter-agency and international synergies to combat corruption.
The 11th UNCAC CoSP was held on 15 - 19 December 2025, in Doha, Qatar, where States Parties discussed guidelines and measures on preventing and combating corruption, as well as strengthening international cooperation. Among the issues discussed were the review of the Convention's implemention, asset recovery, technical assistance, and information exchange, among others. The Thai delegation led by the Ambassador of Thailand to Qatar, together with the Ambassador of Thailand to Austria and the Embassy's officials, actively contributed to the sessions, playing a proactive role in advancing Thailand's stances and fostering international cooperation to combat corruption, in close consultation with the Office of the National Anti-Corruption Commission.

The UNCAC CoSP is organized every two years for the 192 States Parties to the UN Convention against Corruption to share experiences, foster cooperation, and present anti-corruption policies at the international level. Thailand has been a State Party to the Convention for 14 years, since 2011.
