Markey slams Trump's, RFK, Jr.'s dangerous cuts to health care

Washington (November 5, 2025) - Senator Edward J. Markey (D-Mass.), Top Democrat on the Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Subcommittee on Primary Health and Retirement Security, today spoke at the "Rally for the Public's Health" on the National Mall organized by the American Public Health Association, slamming the Trump administration's reckless and dangerous public health policies and MAGA Republicans' unwillingness to make a deal with Democrats to protect people's health care and end their Health Care Shutdown.
Senator Markey livestreamed his attendance and speech at the rally, followed by brief interviews with creators and fellow legislators and advocates.
