CABEI strengthens working capital of Panamanian companies with new disbursement
Panama City, September 17, 2025.- On Monday, the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) disbursed US$15 million to its strategic ally BICSA to strengthen the working capital of Panamanian companies and generate opportunities for sustainable economic development.
The resources will have a positive impact on companies in key sectors such as security and research, trade, storage and transportation support activities, agriculture, and financial services, fostering their growth and strengthening their productivity.
This action is part of the Productive Sectors Support Program (PROSEP), designed by CABEI to increase the financial system's participation in the productive sectors, foster competitiveness and generate employment opportunities in the countries it serves.
