Dentons advises Telehouse on 10-year renewable energy PPA

London-Dentons has advised Telehouse International Corporation of Europe, a leading global data centre service provider, on a 10-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with RWE, the UK's largest power generator and a world leading renewable energy company.

Under the agreement RWE will supply a substantial amount of the renewable energy used at Telehouse's London Docklands campus, Europe's most connected data centre hub, until the end of 2035.

The PPA will secure the supply of power to Telehouse and its customers for an initial term of 10 years.

A Dentons team led by Lucille De Silva, a partner in the firm's Projects practice based in London, assisted by associate Angela Cheng advised Telehouse on the negotiation of the PPA.
