Interest Rate in Chapter 13 Cases

The Advisory Committee on Local Rules, Practice, and Procedure met and recommended no adjustment to the presumptive interest rate in chapter 13 cases. After consideration, the Court adopts the recommendation of the Committee. The presumptive interest rate for secured claims in chapter 13 cases remains at 8.25%, as set forth in Operation Order 25-01, available here. The Court thanks the members of the Committee for their work and recommendation.
