GFI Software at GenAI Expo 2026: Announcing Adminio™ AI and What We Learned on the Floor

We were back at Generative AI Expo in Fort Lauderdale for the third year in a row, and the conversation on the floor felt different from previous years. The debate about whether to adopt AI has mostly moved on. What people are actually wrestling with now is why so many initiatives that looked good on paper haven't translated into real results, and what it takes to close that gap.

That thread ran through everything at the event, from the keynote stage to the booth conversations.

On the stage

GFI Software CEO Eric Vaughan delivered the opening-day keynote, "AI: The Future Is in Your Hands, Or Is It?" The session focused on the execution gap: the distance between having access to AI tools and actually embedding them into daily workflows in a way that changes how work gets done. Eric Vaughan's framing for this is AI-DNA, treating AI fluency as an operating habit rather than a capability you bolt on. It's something we've been building into how we operate at GFI, and increasingly what we hear other teams trying to figure out, too.

Eric also joined the panel "The Human Side of AI: Driving Enterprise Adoption and Upskilling for the Copilot Era" with Scott Doggett from the National Academy of Leadership Development and Akshay Sharma from Accure.AI and Lionfish Tech Advisors. The conversation was practical: what causes AI rollouts to stall, how skills gaps surface once AI hits real workflows, and what governance actually needs to look like to build trust in outputs over time.

On the expo floor

We ran live demos of Eloquens® AI and MyPersonas® throughout the three days. The conversations leaned into implementation specifics: how these tools fit into existing workflows, how teams stay consistent across languages and time zones, and what happens when edge cases need human judgment.

One of the highlights on the floor was the MyPersonas® booth kiosk, where attendees could create their own digital twin on the spot and have a live conversation with it. Some had already built their MyPersona® before arriving and came specifically to see it in action. The reactions were genuinely fun to watch. One attendee thought we were playing back a video she had submitted ahead of the event. It was actually her persona, responding live.

Adminio™ AI

The product announcement we made on opening day was Adminio™ AI, a scheduling assistant that works entirely through email.

The mechanics are straightforward. You give your AI assistant a name, deploy it on your own domain, and CC it on scheduling requests. They handle the coordination: checking calendars, negotiating across participants and time zones, flagging conflicts, and confirming meetings. Recipients don't need to download anything or click a booking link. It works within the existing email thread.

When a situation goes beyond routine coordination and requires actual judgment, Adminio™ AI brings the designated human manager into the thread. This human-in-the-loop approach is deliberately built into all our AI products. The goal is to take repetitive coordination off people's plates, not to remove human oversight from situations where it matters.

Adminio™ AI integrates with Microsoft 365, Google Gmail, and GFI's KerioConnect®. It launches in Q1 2026 in three editions, from individual professionals to large enterprise teams.

Early access and a product demo are available at adminio.ai.

What We Took Away

In under two years, GFI has shipped three AI products: Eloquens® AI, MyPersonas®, and now Adminio™ AI. Each targets a specific operational drag and is built around the same idea: AI should handle the repetitive coordination work so people can focus on the parts that actually require their judgment.

The teams getting real traction with AI right now aren't necessarily the ones with the most tools. They're the ones who've made specific, measurable bets on where AI changes cycle time or decision speed, and built accountability around those bets.
