Due to anticipated inclement weather arriving in the state tomorrow evening, UCA will move to remote instruction beginning at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 23, and campus operations in late afternoon and evening will be limited to essential personnel. Faculty will communicate with students regarding any virtual assignments and/or adjustments to the syllabus and course schedule.
While essential services on campus will continue to be available for students, other business operations will be suspended beginning at 1 p.m. and through the weekend. Supervisors, in coordination with division vice presidents, should communicate with employees regarding on-site staffing needs for essential services.
The hours for essential campus services are as follows:
Christian Cafeteria will be open 7-10 a.m. for breakfast, 10:45 a.m.-3 p.m. for lunch and 4-6 p.m. for dinner.
All retail dining locations will close at 6 p.m.
Dining Options, Saturday, Jan. 24:
Christian Cafeteria will be open for brunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and for dinner from 4-6 p.m.
Chick-fil-A, Pizza Hut, Student Center C-Store, and Bear Village C-Store will be open from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Dining Options, Sunday, Jan. 25:
Christian Cafeteria will be open for brunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. and for dinner from 4-6 p.m.
Student Center C-Store and Bear Village C-Store will be open from noon to 3 p.m.
Other dining options may also be available. Check the UCA Campus Dining Instagram account @UCADining for the most up-to-date dining hours.
Other student services, including the Courtway Student Recreation Center, Ronnie Williams Student Center, and Torreyson Library, will have modified hours:

Open Saturday, Jan. 24, from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
Open Sunday, Jan. 25, from noon to 3 p.m.
Open Friday, Jan. 23, until 5 p.m.
Closed Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 24-25.
Virtual services will continue to be available via the website.
Should you need non-emergency medical assistance, Dr. Randy Pastor Student Health Clinic will be available for telehealth appointments on Friday afternoon. Please email [email protected], or schedule an appointment through the patient portal.
The IT Help Desk is currently operating on a normal schedule; however, there may be limited staff available to answer the phone. You can leave a message, and a member of the Help Desk staff will be in touch. For faster response and resolution, you can submit an online help ticket.
