Water Main Break Closes Airport Road Near Dietrich Lane
Illinois American Water is reporting a water main break on Airport Road, approximately ¼ mile south of Dietrich Lane.
The northbound and southbound lanes of Airport Road are currently closed at this location. The northbound lanes are expected to reopen by the end of today, October 22.
The southbound lanes will remain closed for repairs. Illinois American Water expects the southbound lanes of Airport Road to reopen on Monday, Oct. 27. A detour route will be posted on S. Lafayette Ave.
