Jesse Metcalfe Gives Sobriety Update, Says He’s Had Lower Points Than His Monaco Balcony Fall

On a recent episode of Radio Andy's "Jeff Lewis Live," special guests Jesse Metcalfe and Joey Zauzig talked about where Jesse stands with his sobriety today.

"I am [sober] … I don't really like to be around drinking," Jesse said.

When asked if he experienced a "rock bottom" on his journey to sobriety, Jesse told Jeff there were "many."

"I fell off a balcony in Monaco and broke my leg," Jesse said, "but that was, like, 20 years ago … That was definitely, I would say, a low point. Probably a little embarrassing. But I've had lower, for sure, because I was young then."

He continued, "When you're young, you just sort of bounce back, and you don't really think about the repercussions on your reputation or what have you, but I mean, yeah, I've definitely struggled with substances throughout my life, no doubt."

Jesse also confirmed that he's "been to several" rehabilitation centers for both drugs and alcohol.

"I respect you getting yourself treatment and getting yourself back on track," Jeff said.
