Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) has earned the 2026 Great Place To Work® Certification™. The prestigious award is based entirely on employee feedback about their workplace experience. This year, 71% of ACE employees said it is a great place to work, compared to 57% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company.
ACE is the largest organization within the national AAA Federation, and its nearly 17,000 employees serve more than 18 million members across 24 states. It provides automotive, travel, insurance, and financial services, as well as emergency roadside assistance, member discounts, and other benefits.
In April, ACE partnered with Great Place To Work, the global authority on workplace culture, to assess employee experience. More than 5,000 employees across the enterprise were invited to participate in an anonymous survey focused on workplace culture, leadership, and organizational trust. Employee feedback highlighted themes of growth, support, teamwork, appreciation, and work-life balance, along with a strong commitment to employees and members.
Key survey results included:

Great Place To Work® Certification™ is based on the Trust Index™ Survey, which measures employee trust and workplace experience across the organization. The survey evaluates five dimensions of a high-trust company culture, including leadership credibility, respect, fairness, as well as employee pride, and a sense of belonging. These dimensions contribute to a workplace environment where employees feel empowered and supported to do their most meaningful work.
According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company's profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.
