Updated Traffic Advisory Calaveras County 03/18/26

One-Way Traffic Control Next Week

Calaveras County- The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will have traffic controls in place to perform construction and maintenance activities on State Routes 4 (SR-4) and 26 in Calaveras County next week.

State Route 4

  • One-way traffic control takes place from Main Street to Lashkoff Place for tree work beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2026, through Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
  • One-way traffic control takes place from Vallecito Bypass Road to Parrotts Ferry Road for signal work beginning Thursday, March 19, 2026, through Friday, March 20, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

State Route 26

  • One-way traffic control takes place from Garner Place/Olive Orchard Road to Heinemann Lane for drainage work beginning Monday, March 16, 2026, through Friday, March 20, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Motorists should expect 5-to-10-minute delays and use alternate routes whenever possible. All work is scheduled to occur as listed but is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment/materials, and construction-related issues.
