Willkie Adds Mergers & Acquisitions Partner Heather Weigel in New York

New York, NY, November 10, 2025 -- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP announced today that Heather Weigel has joined the Firm as a partner in New York, where she is part of Willkie's Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group.

Heather focuses on advising U.S. and international clients on a wide range of public and private company M&A transactions, including investments, carve-outs, spinoffs, joint ventures and other general corporate and restructuring matters. She has significant experience with U.S. public company M&A and has successfully guided clients through major domestic and cross-border transactions. She joins from Davis Polk.

She also regularly represents private equity firms and their portfolio companies on the full spectrum of private equity transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of investments, leveraged buyouts and minority investments.
