NEW YORK - Dec. 15, 2025 - Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP is representing Kohlberg in connection with its acquisition of Loenbro, a provider of technical and specialized services to the data center and critical infrastructure markets.

Loenbro, founded in 2000 and headquartered in Westminster, CO, provides lifecycle solutions with a focus on recurring maintenance and high-growth new build and retrofit work.
