Turf Masters Brands Expands Illinois Footprint with Acquisition of Turf Guys

Roswell, Ga. - October 22, 2026 - Turf Masters Brands (TMB), a leading platform of residential and
commercial lawn care companies, today announced it has acquired Turf Guys, a trusted provider of lawn
treatment, tree and shrub care, and outdoor insect control services based in Lake Zurich, Illinois. The
acquisition, finalized on September 25, 2026, marks a continued step in TMB's growth strategy across the
Chicago market

For decades, Turf Guys has built a loyal customer base throughout Chicago's Lake Country area,
including Lake Zurich, Barrington, Buffalo Grove, Libertyville, Mundelein, Palatine, Vernon Hills, and
surrounding communities. Joining Turf Masters Brands will allow Turf Guys to continue delivering the
same hands-on, locally rooted service its customers know, now backed by additional resources,
operational support, and industry expertise.

The acquisition continues Turf Masters Brands' growth in the Chicago market. TMB already has a strong
presence in the northern suburbs through Emerald Lawn Care in Wheeling, Illinois, acquired more than
two years ago, along with its ExperiGreen Lawn Care operations in the Chicago area. The addition of
Turf Guys builds on that foundation and extends TMB's reach further into the Lake Country area.
