The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

North Silo Resources, LLC (F031322, P0037885):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(g) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by North Silo Resources, LLC for a Chapter 6, Section 2 permit to operate one (1) 581 hp Doosan/PSI 22L generator engine (ENG001) at the Spatz 16-63-31 facility located in the NW¼ NW¼ of Section 31, T16N, R63W, approximately twenty-two (22) miles northeast of Cheyenne in Laramie County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031322 and permit number P0037885 or A0016550. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Laramie County Library, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Monday, February 3, 2025.
