Public Notice of Intent to Approve Credit Union Merger Application
STATE OF ALASKA
PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT OF THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, COMMUNITY, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TO APPROVE THE MERGER OF MAC FEDERAL CREDIT UNION INTO CREDIT UNION 1
An apPplication of merger has been filed by Credit Union 1 for the merger of MAC Federal Credit Union into Credit Union 1.
Notice is hereby given that the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development; Division of Banking and Securities, intends to approve the application and issue a Certificate of Merger pursuant to AS 06.01.030(e) and AS 06.45.
Notice is given that any person interested may present written statements or arguments relevant to this application by mailing them to the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development; Division of Banking and Securities, 550 W. 7th Ave., STE 1850, Anchorage, AK 99501, before April 3, 2026, after which the department may approve or disapprove the application without further notice.
