Chinese Consul General in Mumbai Qin Jie Attends the IAA Award Ceremony and Delivers a Remark

On 7th October, Consul General Qin Jie attended the award ceremony of the Indian Advertising Association upon invitation and delivered a remark.

In his address, Qin said that the leaders of China and India had met in Tianjin, charting the course for the improvement and warming of bilateral relations. He emphasized that the Global Governance Initiative, proposed by President Xi Jinping, is guided by 5 core principles of upholding sovereign equality, observing international rule of law, practicing multilateralism, championing a people-centered approach, and focusing on action-oriented implementation. This holds significant importance for safeguarding world peace and development. He called on friends from various sectors to actively contribute ideas and suggestions for promoting the development of China-India relations. He also welcomed members of the IAA to participate in the China International Advertising Festival in China.

 He also presented awards to the winning companies and engaged in in-depth exchanges with representatives from the business and media sectors.
