Fairfield, NJ - Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc., one of the world's leading document solutions companies, has been honored by Keypoint Intelligence with the 2025-2027 Most Reliable A3 Brand Award as well as two Buyers Lab (BLI) Pick Awards for the TASKalfa MA3500ci and ECOSYS MA4000cix. These industry recognitions reaffirm Kyocera's position as a leader in A3 and A4 innovation.

The 2025-2027 Most Reliable A3 Brand Award from Keypoint Intelligence, a leading market research firm, was presented to Kyocera following five years of rigorous testing of our full A3 range. In a controlled, conditioned lab environment, Kyocera A3 devices consistently demonstrated exceptional reliability, achieving high volumes of impressions with remarkably low misfeed rates and no service calls.

In fact, during the 3.35 million impressions produced during Keypoint Intelligence's evaluation period, Kyocera's A3 devices had only 17 misfeeds, equating to an average of just one misfeed for every 197,058 impressions. What's more, over that five-year period, there were no device failures or service calls required. This award is testament to the outstanding reliability of Kyocera's A3 technology.

Meanwhile, the two Pick Awards honor our TASKalfa MA3500ci and ECOSYS MA4000cix for their faster-than-average job streams and first-print-out time, as well as above-average scan speeds, searchable PDF accuracy, and image quality. They offer all this while maintaining clean text and fine lines, bold solids, a distinct halftone range, and sharp business graphics, according to Keypoint Intelligence.

It is an honor to receive these recognitions for our A3 and A4 technology."

These two award winners, also acknowledged for flexible media handling for output applications, serve as a reminder that Kyocera's A4 MFPs can keep up with the demands of busy, multi-user workplaces without compromising on quality.

"It is an honor to receive these recognitions for our A3 and A4 technology from Keypoint Intelligence," says Óscar Sánchez, President & CEO of Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc.

Kyocera's ECOSYS technology is based on the principle of developing ecological and economical print solutions that stand the test of time, perform to a high standard, and reduce environmental impact. TASKalfa technology is prized for its speed, reliability, and security.
