Ricoh is aware of the PHP-related vulnerabilities CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619 and is assessing the potential impact on our products, services and systems.

We take security matters seriously and are actively monitoring the situation. As a precaution, where potential exposure is identified systems are being temporarily taken offline until they can be updated, while our investigation continues.
