Head of State Meets with Kazakhstani IT Entrepreneurs Erzat Dulat and Murat Abdrakhmanov

President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev held talks with Erzat Dulat, Chief Technology Officer of the startup Higgsfield AI, and Murat Abdrakhmanov, Founder of the venture platform MA7 Ventures. The discussion focused on the systemic integration of artificial intelligence into the economy, public administration and the social sector, as well as on the development of IT entrepreneurship and the venture capital and AI industries.

The President highly praised the achievements of Higgsfield AI and emphasized the importance of the emergence of companies in Kazakhstan that are becoming global champions in artificial intelligence.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the key objective is to make Kazakhstan a platform where IT companies can be launched rapidly, scale efficiently and successfully enter global markets.

Erzat Dulat stated that nearly 95% of the Higgsfield team consists of Kazakhstani specialists, underscoring the strong potential of the country's youth. He also confirmed his readiness to partner with the state in training talent for the AI industry and implementing joint educational initiatives.

According to Murat Abdrakhmanov, the venture capital industry today serves as a key driver of technological development for states. In this context, Kazakhstan has an opportunity to become a full-fledged participant in the global venture capital ecosystem.
