OOD Recognized as a Recovery-Friendly Workplace

In September 2024, OOD received the "Recovery Friendly Workplace" designation from RecoveryOhio, underscoring its commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for employees with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.

This recognition aligns with the goals of the Ohio Recovery Friendly Workplace program, which supports employers in creating a nurturing atmosphere that encourages employees to seek treatment, reduces stigma, and helps retain a healthy workforce.
