Papakōlea Subdivision Sewer Improvements, Phase 2A

DRONE OVERFLIGHT SURVEY - NOTICE

OVERFLIGHT SCHEDULED FOR: MARCH 4, 2026

PURPOSE: DOCUMENT EXISTING CONDITIONS TO MINIMIZE FUTURE DISRUPTIONS

This is a notification that Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) will be conducting a drone overflight of the general area, including easements, on March 4 to document existing project conditions in preparation for upcoming sewer work.

The above map illustrates the anticipated flight area of the drone. This drone flight is intended to provide an aerial survey to assist in planning the upcoming sewer work with the goal of minimizing potential impacts to nearby residents.

All images collected during the aerial reconnaissance will be processed and securely stored soley by DHHL for use on this project. DHHL will comply with all applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and State of Hawai'i requirements during the drone overflight. Efforts will also be made to avoid capturing images of individuals.
