ALEXANDRIA, VA (July 17, 2025) - The National Credit Union Administration Board will hold a meeting on Thursday, July 24 starting at 10 a.m. Eastern.
Items on the agenda include:
"Our July Board meeting will provide updates on the Central Liquidity Facility, which provides members a critical liquidity backstop during periods of financial uncertainty, and highlights from the recently published 2024 Ombudsman Annual Report," said NCUA Chairman Kyle Hauptman. "Additionally, we're working towards capturing information and new insights on the use of AI within the credit union space. As always our mission is to protect the safety and soundness of the credit union system and we are best equipped to do this when we understand how credit unions interact with new technology and products".
All meetings of the NCUA Board are held at the agency's headquarters at 1775 Duke Street in Alexandria, Virginia. Visitors are encouraged to register in advance to attend in person and must enter the building through the agency's Visitor Center on Diagonal Road.
NCUA's open Board meetings are also livestreamed on the NCUA's website and YouTube channel. Copies of Board memorandums and other documents related to the items considered are available online at the start of each meeting.
