BOISE, ID - Attorney General Raúl Labrador has announced that investigators with his Idaho Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit arrested 40-year-old Kyle Blouin in Ada County on Thursday February 19th, 2026, on 3 counts of possession of child sexual exploitation material.
The ICAC Unit was assisted in this arrest by Ada County Sheriff's Office, Idaho State Police, Canyon County Sheriff's Office, and the Nampa Police Department.

"Our ICAC investigators do critical work to protect children in Idaho, and I'm grateful for the partnerships we've built with local law enforcement across the state," said Attorney General Labrador. "This arrest reflects the dedication of our team and the agencies working together to keep our communities and families safe."

The Attorney General's ICAC Unit works with the Idaho ICAC Task Force, a coalition of federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies, to investigate and prosecute individuals who use the internet to criminally exploit children.
