Minister Veldkamp en staatssecretaris Boerma treden af

Minister van Buitenlandse Zaken Caspar Veldkamp en staatssecretaris Buitenlandse Handel Hanneke Boerma leggen hun taken als minister en staatssecretaris neer.

Na overleg in de ministerraad over de situatie in Gaza heeft NSC besloten het kabinet te verlaten. De NSC-bewindslieden, onder wie minister Veldkamp en staatssecretaris Boerma, hebben hun ontslag bij de Koning ingediend.

Nu Veldkamp en Boerma zijn vertrokken, zal minister Brekelmans van Defensie tijdelijk optreden als waarnemend minister van Buitenlandse Zaken.
