Performance evaluations go digital on Dec. 1

As part of Human Resources and Workforce Strategy's commitment to modernizing and improving processes, annual performance evaluations for classified and professional employees can be completed within Bronco Hub beginning the week of Dec. 1, 2025. Job aids, interactive sessions and other training opportunities will be available at launch and throughout the performance evaluation season (Dec. 1, 2025, to Feb. 27, 2026).

This transition to a fully digital process will streamline evaluations, centralize employee performance records, and reduce administrative burden across the organization.

  • Probation evaluations: Classified employee probation evaluations will be accepted via the current process until Dec. 1.
  • Annual evaluations: Classified and professional employee annual evaluations will only be accepted after the go-live date of Dec. 1 to ensure that a full evaluation cycle is completed online.

During this transition, the HR employee relations team is available for guidance on how best to align with the department's performance evaluation needs.
