New York - July 9, 2025: Crowell & Moring is proud to announce that Rosa M. Morales has been named a 'Rising Star' by the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). The prestigious recognition honors attorneys who exemplify professional excellence, leadership, and a deep commitment to community impact.
A seasoned antitrust and complex litigation counsel, Morales brings over a decade of experience guiding Fortune 500 companies, leading institutions, and senior executives through high-stakes litigation and regulatory scrutiny. Her practice focuses on antitrust litigation, class actions, and government investigations, with a reputation for delivering strategic clarity and coordinated legal solutions that align with clients' business goals.
Morales counsels clients across a wide range of industries-including health care, pharmaceuticals, wholesale distribution, higher education, financial services, and retail-on matters involving price-fixing, monopolization, exclusive dealing, market allocation, and group boycotts. She also advises on enforcement actions and investigations led by the DOJ, FTC, state attorneys general, and congressional committees, and provides strategic guidance to general counsel and boards on antitrust risk, compliance, and regulatory response.
Beyond her client work, Morales is an active leader in the antitrust bar. She serves on the Executive Committee of the New York State Bar Association Antitrust Section, co-chairs its Class Action and Private Litigation Committee, and was recently appointed vice chair of the ABA Antitrust Law Section's Joint Conduct Committee for the 2025-2026 bar year. She is also a contributing editor to the Section's publication, Quick Look.
MCCA will honor Morales at the 2025 Pathways Conference Awards Dinner in Washington, D.C. on September 9, 2025.
