DCHA Offices & Customer Service Centers Close at 12PM on Mon March 16

[March 16, 2026 ] Due to the inclement weather, the DC Housing Authority offices - including the Customer Service Centers - will close to the public at 12 p.m. on Monday, March 16, 2026.

All visitors who arrived to the Customer Service Centers prior to the closure will be seen. DCHA operations will continue via telework on Monday and DCHA anticipates the Customer Service Centers will resume normal operations on Tuesday, March 17.

For those who need to reschedule an appointment at our Customer Service Centers or make a new one, complete the form at this link: https://www.dchousing.org/appointments. Voucher participants, voucher landlords and waiting list applicants in need of assistance are encouraged to call the DCHA Call Center at 202-535-1000.

The early closure does not impact DCHA Office of Public Safety's uniformed personnel, who will report to their posts as scheduled.

DCHA Property Management Operations staff will be available to address emergencies. Public Housing residents are encouraged to contact their Property Manager or Housing Management Assistant with any questions.
