MADISON, S.D. - As Dakota State University welcomes new students to campus for the fall semester, several new faculty members are beginning their own DSU journey.
Eleven new faculty members have joined the university this semester, bringing their knowledge and experience to classrooms, labs, and programs across campus. The new faculty represent areas ranging from computer science, cyber defense, and business to mathematics, education, and science.
"We are excited to welcome these new faculty members to Dakota State and to our campus community," said Dr. Rebecca Hoey, Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs. "Just as our new students are beginning an important new chapter at DSU, our new faculty are beginning their own journey here. They bring new perspectives, expertise, and experiences that will strengthen our academic programs and enrich the learning environment for our students. We look forward to the impact they will make in our classrooms, across our campus, and in preparing our students for innovative careers."
