Kirkland Advises Everise on Acquisition of Healthcare and Utility Verticals of Continuum Global Solutions

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Everise, a portfolio company of Brookfield and Warburg Pincus, on its definitive agreement to acquire the healthcare and utility business verticals of Continuum Global Solutions, a customer services management company, from Skyview Capital. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2024.
