NW 69th Street Sewer Repair Project

The City of Fort Lauderdale is working with LMK Pipe Renewal to make improvements to the sewer system along NW 69th Street between NW 32nd Avenue and NW 31st Way in Palm Aire Village West. This project includes:

• Repairing sewer main lines
• Repairing and replacing sewer service lines
• Cleaning sewer lines by removing grease and tree roots
• Restoring asphalt as needed

Construction will begin on Monday, September 29, 2025, and is expected to be completed by Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Work will take place weekdays between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Neighborhood Impacts

• Completing this project will require digging to expose the existing sewer main and install new pipe. Neighbors can expect noisy and dusty conditions on site. Crews will take precautions to minimize impacts when possible.

Traffic Impacts

• NW 69th Street will be open to local traffic only between NW 32nd Avenue and NW 31st Way throughout construction.
• Traffic control personnel will direct traffic as needed.
• Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area.
