IPA CIS Budget Oversight Commission Discussed Organization’s Funding Issues
A meeting of the IPA CIS Budget Oversight Commission was held on 16 October at the Tavricheskiy Palace. The participants, who included members of parliaments of the CIS countries and staff members of the IPA CIS Council Secretariat, discussed the current funding of the Assembly's activities, as well as the formation and execution of the IPA CIS budget.
The members of the Commission exchanged information on the adoption of laws on the state budget for the next planning period in the Member Nations, and prepared draft decisions of the IPA CIS Council on financial aspects of its activities. Organizational issues and the financial support of the IPA CIS work plan for 2026 were also discussed.
