Learning from Best-of-Industry Expertise to be Offered Through ACS University

ACS Group announced today that its companies will use their technical expertise to offer advanced learning opportunities for employees and build new capability through ACS University.

ACS University will harness the knowledge of leading companies to further advance the technical capabilities and global experience of employees.

ACS Group Chief Executive Officer Juan Santamaría said, "ACS University will provide access to the expertise of ACS Group companies - including our network of specialists in new generation technology, our innovative processes, and our diverse operations. Our people will also benefit from engagement with leading educators outside of our companies."

Employees of ACS Group companies - including Turner, HOCHTIEF, CIMIC Group, Dragados, and Flatiron - will design and deliver the courses in online and in-person classes. ACS University will also draw on the expertise of thought leaders from outside of our companies.

A course on company culture will launch in 2024 to employees of ACS Group companies followed by courses in Leadership and Operational Excellence.
