Campbell President Dr. William M Downs and Richmond Community College President Brent Barbee signed a partnership on Thursday at Cole Auditorium on the college's campus in Hamlet, near Rockingham.

"This program is about building relationships, and we know this will be a strong and vibrant relationship for many years to come," Downs said. "This will not only be a win for each of our institutions, but ultimately, it is a win for our students and our respective regions.
