SPECIAL MEETING
Friday, September 26, 2025, 4:00 p.m.

There will be a special meeting of the Cadillac City Council on Friday, September 26, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Municipal Complex, 200 N. Lake Street. The purpose of the special meeting is to approve the minutes from the last regular meeting, to hold a public hearing regarding the Copper Trail Duplexes Brownfield Plan, and a Closed Session regarding Michigan Tax Tribunal Docket #24-001785, Huntington National Bank vs City of Cadillac.
Pursuant to Section 3.2 of the City Charter, the City Council may transact any other business by an affirmative vote of three Council Members.
