RFP for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Prevention and Collaboration

Description:

The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) Prevention and Collaboration. The project will support the implementation of public health activities related to monitoring, prevention, testing, and linkage to and retention in care activities for the most vulnerable and under-served individuals living with, or at high risk for, STIs.

The RFP outlines the information necessary to understand the competitive selection process and the required documentation necessary for the submission of proposals. All interested proposers must meet the requirements specified in the RFP.

Pre-Bid Conference:

An optional virtual pre-bid conference webinar will be held online via Zoom on Wednesday, April 1 at 10:00 AM to answer questions regarding the RFP specifications and process.

Proposers are required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses. Written responses will be shared with all potential proposers through an addendum on the County's Supplier Portal. Questions should be sent via e-mail directly to:

Living Wage:

The contractor shall comply with any and all federal, state, and local laws - including, but not limited to the County of Sonoma Living Wage Ordinance - affecting the services provided by the contract. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the contractor expressly acknowledges and agrees that the contract is subject to the provisions of Article XXVI of Chapter 2 of the Sonoma County Code, requiring payment of a living wage to covered employees. Noncompliance during the term of the contract will be considered a material breach and may result in termination of the contract or pursuit of other legal or administrative remedies.

Login to the County of Sonoma's Supplier Portal to view the RFP and all supplemental documents.
