The City of Hayward is undertaking a review of how we are performing from a customer service standpoint, and we would like your help.
As a municipal government organization, we are committed to constantly improving our methods, systems and procedures by which we answer questions, process applications, transact business and receive and act upon community input and feedback.
We are interested in hearing from you on your experience engaging and interacting with the City, whether in person, by phone, email or our online via our Access Hayward reporting system.
To gather this information, we are asking community members to complete a brief online survey that we estimate should take five to 10 minutes to complete. The survey is available here.
A special panel of City employees has been formed to review your responses and use them as a basis for making improvements. If you have questions or would like to provide additional input, you can email the team at [email protected].
