On Wednesday, November 6th, City staff, Ball Team LLC, and their subcontractors held a pre-construction meeting for the next phase of the Westwood Clubhouse project. This phase includes interior improvements (excluding the bar area) for a completed clubhouse. Work is expected to begin the week of November 25th, once Morton Buildings finishes erecting the structure and installing the exterior steel. During this time, a portion of the west end of the parking lot will be used for storage, and the entrance road along the north side of the lot will be closed. Visitors to the golf course should enter via the east side of the parking lot, which is usually for exit only, for the next two weeks.
