Honoring PSD Harley: A True Hero on Four Paws

Police Service Dog Harley, a beloved member of the West Jordan Police Department, is retiring after years of dedicated service. View the video below!

Since joining the K9 Squad on November 2, 2021, Harley worked alongside her handler, Officer Miguel Rodriguez, to keep our community safe. Together, they supported local and regional law enforcement, helping with everything from narcotics searches to tracking those who tried to evade justice.

Harley was fearless, focused, and relentless in her work-but she was also a loyal partner and a cherished member of the department's family. Her dedication made a real difference, and her presence will be deeply missed on the streets.

As Harley steps into retirement, we celebrate her years of service, her courage, and her unwavering loyalty. We hope she now enjoys a well-earned rest, spending time with the family she protected and served alongside.

Thank you, PSD Harley. Your watch is complete-enjoy your retirement!
