Second Man Arrested for the October 27 Murder of a Woman at Apache Trail Apartment Complex

Specialized Investigations Division TITANS detectives a short time ago arrested Kyronyez Dobbins, 25, the second man wanted for the October 27th fatal shooting of Kianna Cayetano, 35, inside her apartment in the Hickory Lake complex at 3939 Apache Trail. Dobbins was carrying a gun at the time of his arrest at the same apartment complex. He was convicted of facilitating aggravated robbery in 2022 and received a four-year probated sentence.

Dobbins' alleged accomplice, Jon Anthony Hamilton, 27, was apprehended Monday evening. Both men are charged with criminal homicide.

The investigation shows that Cayetano was shot and her boyfriend was cut by a knife during a robbery.

This case was investigated by the MNPD, Nashville Fire Marshal's Office, and theBureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Assistant U.S. Attorneys Kathryn D. Risinger and Emily Petro are prosecuting the case.
