The City of North College Hill is now at a Level 2 Snow Emergency. Most roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Public Works requests patience as they continue to work to get our roads cleared. Only those who feel it is necessary to drive should be out on the roadways. All employees should contact their employer to see if they should report to work.
