DUI and Possession of a Firearm: On 10/26/2025 at 03:04AM, officers were in the area of Mission Blvd and Lexington Ave when they pulled over a driver for speeding and unable to maintain their lane. During the traffic stop, a loaded firearm was also discovered. The driver was arrested for DUI and Possession of a Loaded Firearm. Case 2025-061754
Assault with a Deadly Weapon: On 10/26/2025 at 06:03AM, officers were called to a shooting that occurred on the 800 block of Alonda CT. The residents were partying throughout the night and into the early morning. Two subjects from the party got into an argument, one pulled out a firearm and fired a round into the air and two at the residence. That subject fled the scene in his vehicle. The residents were intoxicated and not forthcoming with information. No injuries were reported from this incident. Case 2025-061767
Discharging of a Firearm into an Inhabited Dwelling: On 10/28/2025 at 09:41AM, HPD received a call of a gunshot into the building on the 22000 block of Mission Blvd. The reporting person who works for the business got into an argument with the subject over refusing to accept (possibly) stolen items from him. The subject left the business and as he drove in front of the storefront, he fired one round into it. Later in the day, San Pablo PD located the subject with his vehicle and arrested him for various charges. Case 2025-62136
Strong-Armed Robbery: On 10/30/2025 at 7:50PM, officers were called to a costume business on the 600 block of W Winton Ave for a report of a strong-armed robbery. Two store employees confronted a subject who loaded a cart with items and attempted to leave without paying for them. As the employees were holding onto the cart, the subject battered both employees and eventually she let go of the cart. As the subject was leaving the store, she stole several shirts off a rack and fled in an unknown direction. No arrest made as of yet. Case 2025-62686
