ANACOM approves draft regulation setting out the applicable rules for amateur and amateur satellite radio services
On 13 October 2026, ANACOM approved the launch of the regulatory procedure concerning the applicable rules for amateur and amateur satellite radiocommunications services.
The draft regulation setting out the applicable rules for amateur and amateur satellite radio services was also approved on that date.
The draft regulation is now available for public consultation and will be published in Series II of the Official Gazette. From the date of publication, interested parties will have 30 working days to submit their comments in writing and in Portuguese, preferably by email to [email protected].
