Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright advised electrical, technology and infrastructure services provider IES Holdings, Inc. in its agreement to acquire DBM Global Inc., a structural steel fabrication company, in a deal valued at approximately US$650 million. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
IES is acquiring DBM Global from INNOVATE Corp., expanding its platform with a leading and complementary structural fabrication and erection business that provides construction services across the commercial, industrial, data center, stadium and infrastructure markets.
