Cancer touches nearly every family, yet experts say many cancers can be prevented through lifestyle choices. To help community members understand the steps they can take to reduce their risk, Aspirus St. Luke's Cancer Center is hosting a free event on cancer prevention.
Four local experts will discuss practical, evidence-based strategies for reducing cancer risk, including nutrition, tobacco cessation, physical activity, and limiting alcohol use. Attendees will leave with actionable tips they can use in their daily lives.
The event is free and will include healthy snacks.
