Honda Accord, HR-V, Passport and Odyssey Named Best Cars for Families by Parents.com

Parents.com has honored the Honda Accord, HR-V, Passport and Odyssey with 2026 Best Family Cars Awards, recognizing each vehicle as the best in its respective category and wholeheartedly recommending them to buyers. Moreover, HR-V was named the "Best Value SUV for Families," giving Honda five total Best Family Cars honors - more than any other brand. Honda has won a total of 69 Parents.com Best Family Cars trophies since the award's inception in 2002.

A Parents.com panel of experts spent the year test driving over 150 cars, trucks, and SUVs to determine the magazine's annual Best Family Cars Awards. This included evaluating rear seats, third rows, family-friendly features and powertrains. The experts looked at standard safety equipment, technology and conveniences, as well as the number of LATCH systems and the ease and convenience of installing a car seat.
