County Commissioners congratulate
Rising Stars on 40 years in business

MANALAPAN, NJ - The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners, through the Open for Business in Monmouth initiative, congratulated the owner of Rising Stars School of Dance and Performing Arts as the business celebrated its 40th anniversary during September 2026.

The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners - Director Thomas A. Arnone, Deputy Director Dominick "Nick" DiRocco and Commissioners Susan M. Kiley, Ross F. Licitra and Erik Anderson - congratulated owner Joelle Luliano on her business's anniversary.

"Our small businesses are such an important part of what makes our community special and it's always exciting to see one reach a milestone like this," said Commissioner Director Arnone. "For 40 years, Rising Stars School of Dance and Performing Arts has brought people together through a shared love of dance, inspiring generations of students along the way. Open for Business in Monmouth is designed to support, promote and celebrate businesses in all 53 Monmouth County municipalities.
