Words matter, and that extends to how we serve you. With the upcoming move of the IT Help Desk from the Library to Chappell Hall, we're taking the opportunity to rebrand it as the IT Service Desk to emphasize a more proactive (rather than reactive) delivery of services. We've partnered with our friends in University Communications in updating references on https://www.gcsu.edu and https://my.gcsu.edu to reflect this name change. Use of the Ask IT and [email protected] will remain the same. Please take this time to review and update any communications within your departments that may reference the IT Help Desk to reflect this change to IT Service Desk. We will share more details regarding the move to Chappell Hall as the timeline is finalized.
